Frequently Asked Questions

Is ClassCover Learn relevant to all states in Australia?

Yes, all PD courses on ClassCover Learn are created in line with the AITSL Australian Professional Standards for Teachers and are relevant for all states and territories.

For teachers in NSW and the ACT, ClassCover Learn has courses accredited for your state (NESA and TQI). For NESA and TQI accredited courses, the team at ClassCover Learn log these hours for you.

For teachers in other states, NESA and TQI courses are still relevant to you - simply keep a log of your hours as per your states specific instructions.

Is ClassCover Learn just for casual teachers or can I access as a classroom teacher?

ClassCover Learn has PD courses for all educators. Some of our courses are geared towards casual relief teachers, however the majority are suitable for classroom teachers, too.

I’m a NSW teacher, how do my NESA hours get logged?

At the end of every NESA-accredited course you will be prompted to fill out a form to log your PD hours from the course. These may take up to 30-days from course completion to appear in your eTAMS account.

Is this a subscription and how do I renew or cancel?

Yes, ClassCover Learn memberships operate on an annual subscription. This allows us to continually release high-quality PD courses while keeping our membership fees as low as possible. If you ever want to cancel your membership, you can do it from your account.

Can I make a course suggestion?

Yes, we’re all ears! To suggest a course send us an email at helen.bryant@classcover.com.au

Can I present a course?

We're always on the lookout for engaging, passionate educators to create and present courses. If you’re interested in getting involved, email helen.bryant@classcover.com.au

How often do you release new courses?

We know how important it is to stay up to date with professional learning that’s in line with your interests. To keep our PD library fresh, we generally release 2 new courses each month.

I’m a teacher in the ACT, are your courses TQI accredited?

Yes, we have a number of courses that are TQI accredited and are always working to add more. Browse our TQI course playlist here and look out for the TQI logo.

Can I get personalised feedback on my course activities and responses?

While we aren’t able to provide detailed feedback to every member, our courses encourage participation between educators, and there are opportunities to give feedback and share ideas throughout each course.
