About this course

Tammy McMillan is back with a new course, building on the success of her existing ClassCover Learn courses for educators Supporting Students with Dyscalculia, Supporting Students with Dyslexia, and Supporting Students with ADHD as a Relief Teacher.  

In this course, Tammy continues on her mission to support students everywhere, focusing on Dysgraphia. Combining research along with real-world examples from the classroom, this course aims to boost understanding of Dysgraphia and it’s impact for teachers across Australia.

You will:

  • ​​​Enhance your understanding of dysgraphia and the challenges students with dysgraphia face in the classroom 
  • Develop effective teaching strategies to proactively support students with dysgraphia, allowing students to participate in their education on the same basis as other students
  • ​Learn what adjustments and accommodations are effective, and how they can be successfully implemented, to support students with dysgraphia in their academic learning and with their social and emotional wellbeing​
